Ilior One is our first coliving space in Athens and opened its doors in February 2020. It is a beautifully designed space containing 6 separate studio units with ensuite bathrooms built around extensive common spaces. The building is located just 200m from AUEB (Athens University of Economics and Business), 150m from the Metro station Victoria and 10 minutes walking distance from the Technical University of Athens - School of Architecture.
