The property is  located approximately 20 minutes by car from Mykonos Town (“Chora”), Mykonos International Airport and the port, in a secluded and rural area close to the village of Ano Mera, where all needed facilities can be found within a 5min drive from the house. Built on a land plot of over 2000m2 in traditional Cycladic architecture with all contemporary features, the property comfortably hosts up to 14 overnight guests with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a guest WC on the three floors of the main house and an additional bedroom with ensuite bathroom in the guest house. It offers extensive outdoor spaces with several shaded pergolas, lounge areas, dining areas, an outdoor sports ground with synthetic grass, a traditional Myconian barbecue and of course and a large swimming pool with massage jets. The house is fully air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter. It has three kitchens (two indoor and one outdoor), a laundry room and several storage rooms.
